Stay Informed
As soon as you arrive at the station, you’ll spot the Railteam Info point or welcome desk where you can get useful information in English or the local language.
Railteam Info Points
Railteam Info Points already exist at 5 hubs on the network - Lille Europe, Frankfurt, Cologne and Stuttgart - and there are more on the way. New Railteam Info Points will become available throughout 2008. You’ll recognise them thanks to the Railteam logo.
On-board assistance
The train manager will give you all the details you need about your journey onboard. If you have a connection to make, the train manager will tell you which platform to get to at the right station - either directly or via loud-speaker announcements. The train manager will also keep you informed about intermediate stops and timings. You are in good hands: just relax and enjoy the comfort of Railteam!
Railteam makes your connections easy: On arrival at your connection station, you will be guided by multi-lingual loud-speaker announcements or specifically trained staff. If you have any doubts about where to go, find out at the Railteam Info Point. If your station does not have a Railteam Info point yet, just go to the nearest information desk (Follow the « I » signs).
Hop on the next train!
Should you miss your connection because of a disrupted service on the first part of your Railteam journey, you can hop on the next Railteam train without having to modify your ticket or get a new reservation.*
This service is now available at the 5 Railteam hubs if you are connecting between two Railteam trains. It will be very soon extended to all Railteam connections taking place in the same station.
