Railteam’s ambitions to improve your travel experience
Railteam strives to improve the travel experience by implementing numerous projects.
Travel purchase
The Railteam target is to provide easy access to information on schedules, prices and availability to our clients, with a special focus on improving this for trips involving the services of multiple Railteam members. Additionally, we are working on expanding the possibilities of purchasing your ticket “from home” with all international travel included. Railteam is currently working on the system developments that shall enable this easy access by mid-2009.
Frequent traveller benefits
By joining forces, we are dramatically expanding the reach of our benefits for our most loyal clients. Currently, our most frequent travellers already have access to all lounges on the Railteam network whilst on a Railteam journey. The next step is that we will enable Railteam journeys to be purchased via points earned with your frequent traveller program, and finally, we will enable the points to be earned on all Railteam journeys.
Travel information
The Railteam target is to improve access to information both on-board as well as before and after your journey. We are initially doing this by increasing multi-lingual information onboard and by installing dedicated Railteam Information Points in important stations. Other dedicated services will be implemented and informed about as soon as possible.
